Policy and Procedure

Human Resources

Realcare+ is committed to industry standard processes and procedures which:

  • Identify the number and skill-level of employees required to deliver quality services to our clients.
  • Recruit employees according to the identified skill specification and whose values match those identified as important by the organisation, particularly with respect to the preservation of the human rights of our clients.
  • Inform the employee about the management framework within which they work, the standards of performance required and the opportunities for development.
  • Support the personal development of the employee through induction training and their employment, ensuring that the needs of the organisation and the skills of the employees are regularly reviewed and matched via the development programme.
  • Ensure employees are managed in accordance with best practices and communicate the value of the employee to the hiring organisation.

Care Planning

Realcare+ is dedicated to providing the very best care for our clients, providing quality procedures and checks to ensure:

  • Support is informed by an agreed care plan which records both static and dynamic information to provide an individual and planned service to each person in need.
  • The care plan supports the regular review of the individual’s needs and services, accommodates revisions where necessary and communicates those changes to all persons concerned. Any changes in the plan and the effects of those changes will be regularly monitored and reviewed.
  • Individually named members of staff are identified as primarily responsible for the organisation’s interaction with each respective client.
